The CTICC is roughly 430 metres away, which is the whole pitch: you walk to the venue in the morning and back at the end of the day without thinking about it. The building has a heated indoor pool, a gym and a café on the mezzanine.

Not good for

The listing offers no parking and the apartment has no bay of its own. Owners, 30 August 2026: the building is built around a courtyard which does have secured parking, paid for separately. Ask the host before you rely on it — it is not part of the booking.
No air conditioning and no heating.
No washing machine or tumble dryer, and no laundry in the building. There is a launderette nearby.
A mini fridge rather than a full one.
No exterior security cameras, and no smoke or carbon-monoxide alarm fitted.

Half the reason to book it is the building

The apartment is thirty square metres, and it does not have to be more than that, because most of what you would want from a hotel is already in the building and a lift ride away. A heated indoor pool, open all year. A gym with cardio, weights and a rower, looking out over the street. And a café and lounge on the mezzanine with a coffee bar, long tables, power at the seats and meeting rooms off it — which is where you will end up working between sessions.
