3.3 km from the CTICC — too far to walk, so it is the wrong apartment for a conference and the right one for the days after.
Laundry is paid and in the building, not in the apartment.
Parking is paid street parking off the premises. Owners, 30 August 2026: London Road is usually easy to find a space on at night, and private security patrol the roads, so cars are generally left there without trouble. It is street parking all the same — there is no bay with the apartment.
The building has no smoke or carbon-monoxide alarm fitted.

The outlook

A balcony onto Lion’s Head, and a pool on the roof

The balcony is the apartment’s own, furnished, and looks straight at Lion’s Head over the Sea Point rooftops — breakfast outside is the normal way to start the day here. The pool is on the roof of the building and shared with the other residents; it is open all year, and the view from it goes out over the bowl of Sea Point to the mountain.
