Charlie & the Chairman
The conference apartment. You walk to the venue in the morning and back at the end of the day without thinking about it. Heated indoor pool, gym and a café in the building; self check-in by lockbox for a late landing.
No parking, no air conditioning and no laundry in the apartment. For three or four nights at a conference, none of that is the thing you will remember.

Two Twenty Loop
The one to take if you are driving in: a free garage bay on the premises, which is genuinely scarce in the CBD. Washer and dryer in the apartment, air conditioning, and Bree Street’s restaurants on the doorstep.
A 17-minute walk rather than a 7-minute one, and check-in is with the host rather than a lockbox.

The Carrington
The sensible-money option, on the penthouse floor, with a rooftop deck above it looking at Table Mountain. Concierge downstairs and a coffee shop at street level. The pick if you are paying your own way rather than expensing it.
A 33 m² studio with no air conditioning and no parking.

Not a conference apartment — but the one to move to afterwards. Top floor in Sea Point, rooftop pool, private balcony, and the Promenade two minutes away. Plenty of delegates add a weekend.
Too far from the CTICC to walk. You would be commuting to the venue.
